Testimonials Jack Conway"George's newsletter is an integral part of my marketing plan to real estate agents, new and past clients. My real estate agents look forward to the weekly newsletter. It is the only newsletter that immediately reflects our changing loan and real estate markets. In addition, George welcomes topics. It is a great way to educate new and seasoned real estate agents." Stephanie Channing"The Weekly has been a constant source of communication with over 100 of my best customers. It is what is use to touch them weekly. It is relevant, humorous and quite honestly necessary for many of them. These are the reports I receive and I highly recommend George’s work. I am a 5 year subscriber." Dan Noble"This newsletter has been a major factor in keeping my name in front of realtors for the past 7 years. I also use it periodically to contact my whole data base when there's an issue of broad interest, for instance the recent one on identity theft. The high quality of the information and writing has been complimented many times and several realtors have asked permission to reprint from it for their own newsletters. George keeps his finger on the pulse of the markets and often the newsletter keeps me informed of topical items that helps me in conversation with clients." M. J. MillerYou are such a fantastic writer - AND ANALYST! - George. I went onto a San Diego real estate website that one of our former residents had steered me to (with my eventual move to SD in mind). It's supposed to be a multiple listing service, [but] it's connected to a realtor named Peter Toner. He sends out a newletter periodically, I gather - I just got one. First of all, he's got it set up "personalized" so it seems more a solicitation of business; second, yours is MUCH more literate and specific and educational. (I think he thinks his clients basically scratch their beer bellies and belch and maybe have never bought before.) I'm going to fax you the newsletter, just in case you want to look at something else that's out there. If not, TOSS IT and forget I mentioned it! Fran Brumbaugh"I have been a subscriber to George's newsletter for over 8 years. It has proven to be an excellent source of referral business for me. I find that my clients enjoy the timely content and helpful tips this newsletter provides. My clients are eager to read the latest in what is happening in the interest rate market or future lender changes that could affect their business. George's newsletter has proven to be a wonderful tool that blends nicely with other marketing material I distribute to my clients. The money spent on his weekly letter has proven to be a valuable investment for my clients and myself." Gregory Lopez |
MortgageMemos -- two distinct publications. The Mortgage Bulletin for your referral sources The Mortgage Bulletin is written each week and is used to establish and enhance relationships with referral sources. Consistently used, the Mortgage Bulletin increases referrals from Realtors, Financial Advisors, and other professionals.
The Mortgage Bulletin was initially conceived as a weekly publication. Most subscribers distribute it each week. Subscriber feedback indicated that some subscribers wanted the flexibility to deliver it bi-weekly or even at random, so we eliminated the word "Weekly" from its title. We encourage you to distribute it each week because we have found that weekly recurrence gains maximum benefits. Following are some other ideas.
The Mortgage Commentary for your database of clients The Mortgage Commentary is freshly written each month and is used to maintain contact with your database of clients. It contains articles and information that impact homeowners/borrowers including economic and interest rate trends, news about the mortgage industry, and new loan products. Some suggestions follow.
We solicit and welcome feedback and suggestions for topics from our subscribers. The more input we get from you, the more effective these publications will be for you. Send your ideas to me at george@mortgagememos.com. George Remsberg
