George has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1973. His real estate career includes: commercial and residential real estate sales, income property management, real estate development, and residential construction. George has experience as a loan officer with a savings and loan and a major bank, but most of his career, including at present, he has been a mortgage broker.

He has written the Mortgage Bulletin and Mortgage Commentary since 1992. He finds that writing these newsletters is one way to relax after a sometimes stressful day at the office.

He is married with three grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys biking, hiking, and traveling when he can.

The Bulletin and the Commentary are products of George's daily activities as a mortgage broker with all of its trials and tribulations, his knowledge of economic and industry trends and their impact, and his sense of humor. The combination of his experiences and insight imparts a unique flavor to both publications.
